When you install a new
buying ink cartridge, you’ll always find various problems, common ones are that
no ink appear on the printed page, the ink cartridge is faulty, etc.
Today I
will give you a summary of that and how to solve them.
A Indicating ink cartridge failure
1 Clean the contact point of the ink cartridge with an eraser

Clean the contacts of the corresponding ink cartridge on the printer
B No ink appears on the printed page
1 Put a few layers of paper towels on the
print head, shake the print head down a few times, then print to see whether it
can be printed
2 Soak the
ink cartridge nozzles in warm water for 3-5 minutes
C Indicating incompatible ink cartridge
Check the printer ink
cartridge model is consistent with the purchased one
D Recommended
calibration
Click No Calibration, a dialog box will pop up to promt "Used Ink Cartridge", etc., then click OK to print normally; If you click Carlibration, the ink cartridge will be
calibrated and print a test page, it can only be print after scanning, otherwise it will not be scanned when printing, a similar dialog box will not pop up.
